Bio:
Charbon the Pyromancer was hired by Lord Casca to commit arson (and homocide) by setting Lady Dawn's home in western Yew ablaze. The Royal Spies tracked him to the ruins of west of the Chaos Shrine in Ilshenar where he reluctantly confessed to the crime. Charbon carries an orange spellbook called 'Ark of Fire.'
