Pemenard is the name of a human supremacist who emerged at around the time of the discovery of the Stygian Abyss, the Underworld, and the Gargoyle realm of Ter Mur. He feels that humans are the master race, and that humanity's interactions with other races are damaging the race's purity. His group, the Brothers of Valor, has already been responsible for several acts of violence, including a disturbing -and nearly successful- attempt to attack the summit meeting between Queen Dawn and Queen Zhah of Ter Mur, and attacks on Queen Dawn at the Shrine of Valor.
Pemenard himself seems to be quite the coward, preferring to fight through minions rather than risk direct confrontation with Magnus Gray and the Royal Spies.
