Bio:
Vicfier has the dubious distinction of being encountered by the Britannian government twice. First he appeared as a member of the evil Brothers of Valor, who sought to wipe out all non-human races. Second he appeared as a member of the Bane Chosen, the human minions of the Demon Lord Virtuebane.
He was, much to the regret of the Kingdom as a whole, a competent operative for both.
As the former, he survived well enough, outliving the group as a whole. As the latter, however, his luck and skill finally ran out, and he was slain in combat.
