Treaty between the
independent city of
Jhelom and the Britain
government
To insure peace and prosperity, we of the cities of Jhelom and Britain enter into the following agreement:
I. Britain, as head and capital of Britannia, recognize Jhelom as an independent and sovereign city.
II. Jhelom recognizes the
current boundaries of
Britannia as being all
mainland Trammel
territories North of
35oS and between 85oW
and 70oE.
III. Neither city will take
up arms or war against
the lands and territories
of the other.
IV. Both cities will remain
neutral in all conflicts
entered into by the other
city.
V. Both cities will insure
that all merchant and
military contracts signed
before the treaty are
fulfilled.
VI. Both cities will
extradite criminals wanted
in the other city,
assuming a prior warrant
does not exist in the
city of arrest.
