Bio:
Margreta of Trinsic is one of the strangest figures encountered by Britannian authorities of late.
When she first appeared she seemed to be a sincere if frighteningly and near-maliciously ignorant ruler of the City of Trinsic, blaming the city's problems on Britannia proper and attempting to use drugged food to keep her people pacified in the midst of their famine, unrest, and other civil problems. (It should also be noted that these problems were far from unique to Trinsic, but only Trinsic attempted such drastic and sure-to-fail-horribly measures.) As part of blaming Trinsic's troubles on Britannia proper, she declared that city's independence from it, thereby adding to the problems she blamed for Trinsic's troubles.
Margreta soon-revealed her true colors, however. Far from being sincere but ignorant, she was indeed outright malicious, a key figure (and quite-likely high-ranking member of) an evil criminal/terrorist group known as Apex. Sincere but ignorant was just her disguise. Her crimes are already nearly-beyond count, and her high-ranking role in Apex and its various criminal conspiracies has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt most times. Her crimes include, but are by no means limited to, the murder of her own husband Edward ("Ned"), treason against Britannia, the drugging of her own people, numerous acts of terrorism, piracy, blackmail, murder, and the like. In her capable hands, the once-noble city of Trinsic has become a cesspit of lies, deceptions, and paranoia, with people taking extreme measures to avoid eating the food (thus becoming drugged), or even sleeping.
As of the time of writing, she maintains a grip over Trinsic despite the return of Dupre, the occasional raids on that city by the raiders of other cities, and an active resistance movement.
