learned from V.'s failures
is that without a hand in
Minoc's business, Vesper
will never be as
profitable. A complete
trade embargo from
Britain and Minoc would
cripple Vesper commerce.
There is also the threat
of Minoc being used as a
base of operations in any
military moves against
Vesper. This is
unacceptable.
S. is organizing her
pirates and brigands to
attack Minoc. In time, we
may move K.'s warriors
in if necessary.
