Bio:
Morderard is either a high-ranking employee/manager or owner of the Deuce Vinculum Inn, located near the Honor Shrine in Ilshenar. The Deuce Vinculum does not have the best reputation for friendless, especially to those of the Good or Virtuous persuasion, and Morderard does his part to further that ill-reputation, though he has sometimes offered assistance to Britannian officials. When it served his own interests, of course.
