Dear Margreta,
It has been a pleasure to work with you and your organization the last few months. I accept your offer. I agree as well that it is time I had a more active role in Apex. I had heard the rumors that your boy Vadim in Vesper isn't fulfilling his part in the bargain. My crew and I recently took control of a casino that is giving us ample wealth.
We would like to invest it in Apex in exchange for control of Vesper. Vesper's business will work very well with our current trade. They also won't blink at some of their commerce being illegal. I don't see any problem paying our share . In keeping with the terms of your offer, I will seize Vesper myself as soon as possible. My plan is already in motion.
