Bio:
Cethiba is a member of the Synod of Platinums, which appears to be the ruling body of the Platinum Dragon race. She is known as "The Kindly Onet." Little is known of her apart from the fact that, though known for being kind, she also appears to be stubborn; she scaracely made any attempt to listen when representatives of the Britannian government attempted to get her to change her no vote on keeping a baby Platinum Dragon in the custoy of the Britannian government.
