Cidur Klomp is an orc spy or orc scout, who was sent by the orcs to, on behalf of the Demon Conclave, spy on the High Council of Britannia. He was a clumsy, stupid, oaf of a spy, who was heard and seen quite easily. He was able, however, to summon many orc friends/backup, which put up a fight.
After the fight was over, he was questioned. He had nearly no idea who hired the orcs, or why, but from the little bit he did know it appeared to be a demon or at least a demonic entity of some kind.
