Bio:
Princess Nissa has several full names, at least two that are known to Britannians. Either way, she is the ostensible ruler of the Pixies that live around the Shrine of Spirituality in Ilshenar. Like most of her kind, she is known her her attraction to, indeed devotion to, levity. Many of her people's holidays, feast days, and festivals revolve around it.
Britannia has a peace treaty with her pixies, negotiated by Princess Nissa and Martyna Z'muir, of the Library of Sosaria.
Pixies have a peculiar and deadly place in the philosophy and psychology of evil. Pixies are held out for special scorn due to their kinship with elvish kind, their inherent (if comically unconsidered) goodness, and their lightness of spirit. Therefore, Princess Nissa's people have been the subject of attacks on occasion and have been the object of attacks. Her and her people are sometimes protected by the Royal Spies (Her Majesty's Secret Service).
