Our plan is simple. We
will set off explosives
around Zento on the
twenty-seventh of
November. Those with the
explosives will be a
distraction to our true
plans. Besides attempting
to assassinate the
Empress which we believe
will be impossible, we
must hit her top
ministers and servants.
With Zento's ministers
dead, the city will fall
into chaos.
