Dear Captain Eccleston,
Here is our current estimation of the situation:
I. The biggest threat to our plans comes from the Britannian security minister, Magnus Grey, and those in his employ, the Royal Spies.
II. Grey will never rule
himself, but he will work
to maintain an order that
works against our plan.
III. We believe
assassination is not an
option since likely one or
more of his associates
would take his place. We
have found martyrs to be
impossible to kill. We
believe the best option is
to ostracize and discredit
Grey and his people. Then
if necessary, we can
remove them in a more
permanent way.
IV. A petty lord named
Kendal already has a
vendetta against Magnus
Grey. We believe this
lord can be used to
further our own goals. A
voice close to Kendal has
already been informed of
these plans.
