Act
To insure law and order extend across the seas of Britannia, the actions of privateers are now to be restricted:
I. All letters of marque
signed by disgraced Royal
ministers are rescinded.
This includes all ships
with papers signed by the
Magnus Grey.
II. Ships of the Royal
Navy may request to see
all cargo manifests,
papers, and letters of
marque at any time and
for any reason.
III. Ships and crews that
do not comply with such
requests are considered
pirates under the law.
