You will head to Ter Mur and have the arklem kidnap a silversmith Vasarglem who resides at 149o 9'S 28o45'W in Ter Mur. No harm must come to him until you perform the ritual that our lord has researched.
Vasarglem is going blind. We have learned that the jeweler who taught him also went blind. His teacher as well, and so on back. This is the curse for using forbidden Theurgy in Ter Mur. He has a connection to the wind witch Stratos.
The ancient ritual we learned to draw our ruby to earth:

You must walk to the
ground under the hidden
place.
You must destroy the
breath of air.
You must release the
magic.
While we still have not completed the first ritual to find the location, we must not lose the opportunity here. Stratos is in hiding. We not be able to find and kill her, but we can sever her link to this world for a time by killing one with a connection to her. Bring Vasarglem to the pentagram. One of my Hordlings will assist with the ritual. You will cut into him slowly with a dagger while chanting “Vas Kal Hur Jux An Mani.” When the time comes for him to die, say the words “Vas An Mani Nox Hur.” Take the Breath of Air and bring it to Ben-tas Jux-lem.
