Grugzun was an unusual orc who lead a double life of sorts. In one life he was a kind of orc middle-manager, helping the orcs strike a deal with the Hythloth Conclave to sack the City of Britain as a distraction for the Conclave raiding the vault of Lord British. He also, however, passed information to Minister Magnus Gray's Royal Spies. It is not publicly known which life was his primary one, and which was his sideline.
Grugzun is presumed dead after an attack by the Hythloth Conclave.
