Bio:
A strange incident occurred at the meeting of the High Council of Britannia on 29 March 2010. A key member of the Demon Conclave, named Baldur, and a few demonic thugs, were seen outside the meeting room chasing down a strangely bookish, tall, familiar-looking demon. The thugs and Baldur were chased off or killed, and the strange Bertrand was rescued.

Bertrand claimed to be the son of the demon scholar Bartholomew, and claimed to have turned his back on the Conclave due to "political differences," which basically meant Bertrand wasn't quiet as certain as the rest of his kind that the other races deserved to be conquered or wiped out.

Bertrand claimed to have vital information for the Council and the Crown, specifically regarding the Demon Conclave, their plans for Britannia, and demonkind generally,. but required time to write it all down. The Council was, understandably, not sure if it should trust Bertrand or not, and thus has him locked up, comfortably, until it decided what to do.

The Council's mind was largely made up for it when Queen Dawn, through Minister of Security Magnus Gray, asked for him to be turned over to the Crown. The Queen and the Minister were careful to not phrase their request as an order, and the Council complied. In the Crown's custody he translated an ancient demonic language and an ancient demonic text. He was allowed back to the High Council, but, due to an error on part of Queen Dawn's security forces, the Demon Conclave and the ninjas in their employ were able to capture him back.

His fate is, at the time of writing, unknown, but doesn't look good.
