Pemenard was the name of a human supremacist known as the Brothers of Valor who emerged at around the time of the discovery of the Stygian Abyss, the Underworld, and the Gargoyle realm of Ter Mur. He feels that humans are the master race, and that humanity's interactions with other races are damaging the race's purity. His group, was responsible for several acts of violence, including a disturbing -and nearly successful- attempt to attack the summit meeting between Queen Dawn and Queen Zhah of Ter Mur, attacks on Queen Dawn at the Shrine of Valor, the distribution of violently racist propaganda, and multiple attempts to commit genocide upon the gargoyles.
