Pemenard was the name of a human supremacist known as the Brothers of Valor who emerged at around the time of the discovery of the Stygian Abyss, the Underworld, and the Gargoyle realm of Ter Mur. He feels that humans are the master race, and that humanity's interactions with other races are damaging the race's purity.
