Enforcer Morton
The first time the Morton appeared, he duped many citizens into murdering a group of rangers in Skara Brae who somehow threatened the plans of the vile Casca.
The second time was but a day later when Morton made thieves of those who followed him into the Yomotsu Mine in Tokuno. He had been sent by Casca to retrieve evidence of his treason to Britannia and cowardly attack on the Empire of Tokuno.
The third time, in just as many days, Morton led a group of fools back to Tokuno and to the Bushido Dojo. There, they nearly destroyed the Empire's spy network since it had aided Britannia's spymaster in exposing Casca.

Morton appeared for the fourth time the next day and attacked the High Council of the Kingdom of Britannia as they took a stand against Casca's tyranny. he was soundly defeated and retreadted in shame.
