Gather what we need for
our own food and water,
but get extra for our
prisoners. If they die, we
won't be able to use
them to control Occlo.
Given enough time, I
suspect we can convince
or intimidate them into
simply conceding control
of that island to us.
Occlo would give us a
naval position and
resources helpful to the
cause of Chaos. Pay for
the supplies with the
treasures we took from
Occlo.
