To minimize the
detrimental affects of
alcohol and other spirits
on our people and prevent
criminal poisoning by
foreign brews, the sale
of alcohol is to be
limited and restricted:
I. Only businesses that
have registered with the
Crown and its local
authorities may purchase
alcohol in bulk.
II. Sale to individuals is limited to what can be consumed in a single sitting or twenty bottles of an individual spirit.
III. All producers and taverns that have registered will be assigned contract reference numbers to be used for record keeping.
IV. Improper record keeping is a crime. Improper use of these reference numbers outside of legal purchase is a crime.
V. The Crown and local authorities are authorized to audit all transaction documents and enforce this act.
