I have found several stone runes that seem to indicate where several gargoyle relics are found, but I haven't been able to completely translate them. A few notes:

I believe the numbers refer to a number of steps (mur-por).

One - pri
Two - sek
Three - qi (kli)
Four - kuar (quar)
Five - pen
Six - ek
Seven - sem
Eight - ok

The gargoyles have named their directions after the Ter Mur winds that come from the respective directions. Apparently, there is some connection between the fickle nature of winds and directions...

North Wind - Aquilo
South Wind - Notos
East Wind - Eurus
West Wind - Zephyr
