Buldur,
I know you consider it an insult to your army when I recruit lesser creatures to fight with us, but you must realize that superior numbers are useful. I also believe that forcing the enemy to waste its resources on orcs and such gives us time to set things in motion. We have some of the papers on our book. One of the translated rituals mentions a sacrifice. Worst case, we murder these orcs who came to our aid.
