Bio:
A strange incident occurred at the meeting of the High Council of Britannia on 29 March 2010. A key member of the Demon Conclave, named Baldur, and a few demonic thugs, were seen outside the meeting room chasing down a strangely bookish, tall, familiar-looking demon. The thugs and Baldur were chased off or killed, and the strange Bertrand was rescued.
Bertrand claimed to be the son of the demon scholar Bartholomew, and claimed to have turned his back on the Conclave due to "political differences," which basically meant Bertrand wasn't quiet as certain as the rest of his kind that the other races deserved to be conquered or wiped out.
Bertrand claimed to have vital information for the Council and the Crown, specifically regarding the Demon Conclave, their plans for Britannia, and demonkind generally,. but required time to write it all down. The Council is, understandably, not sure if it should trust Bertrand or not, and thus has him locked up, comfortably, until it decides what to do.
