All elementals must feed
on their primary element.
This is why fire
elementals are found near
lava vents or flames, or
water elementals on the
ocean. A malevolence is
no different. It too must
feed. Unless special care
is taken, it will starve
like any other creature
or elemental. It is
difficult for a malevolence
to sustain itself for long
unless it is very powerful
as living things tend to
move away from places
of pain or death.
