Bio:
The Yomotsu High Elder was manipulated by Pauper (Lord Casca) into delivering blackrock-laced crystals into Mt. Sho. The Pauper offered 'new weapons' and 'new methods of war' to the Yomotsu in exchange for this task. A deal was struck and the two exchanged weapons... Pauper recieved the Yometsu Blade (which was foolishly displayed in Casca's chamber in Blackthorn's Keep, and the Yomotsu recieved a Royal Staff.
After the failure to introduce many of the blackrock crystals into the volcano, Casca sent Enforcer Morton to retrieve the 'stolen' staff.
