Resolved, That Ecgweard Byrthfert Kendal shall, by Act of the Assembly of Lords and Guilds, be attainted of High Treason, for divers crimes and misdemeanors; And that the Attainder shall relate to the First Day of September, of this year.
Ordered. That Ecgweard Byrthfert Kendal shall be deemed a fugitive, such that any and all loyal subjects of Britannia be empowered to kill Ecgweard Byrthfert Kendal on sight.
