The Time Lord is a very mysterious figure who has raised his mysterious head several times throughout Britannian history.
A deal made between Nystul and the Time Lord, the contents of which appear to be mostly unknown, was part of the motivation of the Moonglow Mages breaking with the Britannian Government and establishing the Council of Mages Faction in Felucca.
The Time Lord was most recently seen, however, during the multi-year attempts of the Shadowlords to enter our realm and wreak havoc and conquer and kill.
