His final creation was a shield that gives the bearer a bonus to their magical reserves. The shield was left in my possession, but each of my brothers felt it belonged to them. I have placed the shield in the dungeon of Despise, and hidden it, only to be found when the key is placed on the proper stands. I have divided the key, the Kiran Stone, and given each of my brothers the location of one of the pieces, in the hopes that they might put aside their differences and work together to find the shield that belonged to our father and mentor.<br /> <br /> <br /> And here I will list some other special pieces I have encountered in my research.<br /> <br /> <br /> Arms of the Magi&lt;br&gt;<br /> These greaves are a boon to any spellcaster, for his spells will cost a quarter less mana than those of another mage.<br /> <br /> <br /> Legs of Sentri&lt;br&gt;<br /> These leggings can mean the difference between life and death, for they will enable the wearer to jump farther distances.<br /> <br /> <br /> Chest of the Troll&lt;br&gt;<br /> The wearer of this enchanted chestpiece will gain health back slowly as long as the chestpiece is worn.<br /> <br /> <br /> Helm of Radiance&lt;br&gt;<br /> Light will never be a problem as long as this headpiece is worn, for it gives off a light all its own.<br /> <br /> <br /> Swamp Boots&lt;br&gt;<br /> These boots can withstand the effects of poison, making the wearer more able to traverse dangerous surfaces.<br /> <br /> <br /> &lt;HR&gt;<br /> Back to [[Ascension|Ultima IX: Ascension]]</div>
