Some say that long
ago we came from a
world, not much
unlike Britannia,
called Earth. Some
claim that there is
truly an earth that
that its peoples have
control over us and
what we do. I
completely dismiss
this theory as a fairy
tale. What people say
about earth is that it is
far more advanced
than what we have
here. They have
flying metal birds,
and moving metal
beasts that they ride
around in. Some
others say they have
things called
computers that
control us and what
we say.

Of course if
that were true then I
probably wouldnt be
writing this book and
saying it is mythical.
The world of Earth is
said to be very boring.
Some call it the world
of Mundane, because
well it is so mundane.
It lacks the magical
creatures that we
have here like the
wisps. The undead do
not walk around under
their own dark wills,
they actually stay in
the ground. Orcs,
Ogres,and Ettins do not
roam their forests,
and elementals do not
terrorize the people
upon land and sea.

Magic is unheard of
there, except for some
people. People work
all day and children
go to school. Its like
Britannia turned up
side down. People die
and cannot be
resurrected. The 8
virtues are nothing to
them, and they
worship gods. I dont
think I would like to
live in that crazy
mixed up world.
I will leave it at that.
