I, Chancellor DaKaren of
the High Council of

Britannia, write you with
a plea from the Citizens
of Cove for whom your
Empire was temporarily
responsible. These
Citizens ask for financial
reparations for the
Empire's occupation of

their town and the
damages incurred to their
persons, property,
livestock, and crops during
that period.

A sum of 14,278,639
gold has been assessed to

return their fair hamlet
to the state it was in
before the joint Triad of
Evil/Empire of Tokuno
incursion. These monies
were assessed before the
current Vanguard attacks
began, and thus do not
include any damages
suffered therein.

The Citizens of Cove
specifically, and the
Citizens of the Kingdom
of Britannia as a whole,
also wish the Empire of
Tokuno to release the
remains that you have
been withholding to the
families of the deceased
children of Cove for a
proper burial. These
families have suffered
enough dishonors over the
last several years and
wish to put their
children's souls to rest.
