holds great diversity in
their patterns. The
Talorid future could be
improved by copying
elements from these
patterns into the skup
patterns. There are too

many species for
comprehensive archival, so
collection will focus on
intelligent patterns.

Patterns Collected:

1. Human - While limited
in form and magical
potential, there is a
flexibility to the pattern
where a sole individual is
capable of performing
multiple roles. Interesting
group dynamics that
appear chaotic and fluid. 
Pattern acquired.

2. Elf - Individuals
contain reasonable magical
potential, but of real
interest is Sosaria-tied
bond. Mana and magic of
world pattern connected
to each individual pattern.
Such a bond useful. 
Pattern acquired.

3. Gargoyle - Wings seem
distracting and inefficient.
Innate ability to skup or
"imbue" inorganic patterns
interesting. 
Pattern acquired.

4. Dragons - A diverse
classification of patterns
in itself. Of particular
interest are "Platinum"
and "Crimson" subsets. 
Pattern acquired.

5. Talking Mouse -
Representative pattern,
Sherry, explained her
unique status. Interesting
discussion on verbal story
patterns that could be
helpful to Talorid learning. 
Pattern acquired.

6. Giants - Sosaria
seems to show variety of
large humanoids: troll,
ettin, ogre, cyclops, etc.
Seem highly dependent on
brute force. Minimal
interest.

7. Shapeshifters - From
time to time, the
unpredictable patterns of
Sosarian magic skup
humans who become
animals and animals who
become humans. While
such a process of
pattern realignment seems
chaotic, it may have
interest to certain
Talorids like the
Eloemosynator. Sample
pattern acquired.

8. Dolphins - Despite a
large portion of Sosaria
being covered with water
oceans, there seems to
be only one intelligent
aquatic species. The
reason for this dominance
will be discovered by
careful examination of the
the species pattern.

Patterns of Interest:

1. Orc - Species believed
to be offshoot of other
humanoid pattern, possibly
of artificial generation.
Their culture contains
inconsistencies worth
investigating. Useful
comparison to Talorid
process.

2. Ratmen - Species with
unclear origin pattern, rat
or human. Likely the
result of spontaneous
magical generation. Species
subsists mainly on
"scavenging" which
shows parallels to Talorid
recycling process.

3. Lizardmen - Species
with unclear origin
pattern, reptile or human.
Likely result of directed
magical generation due to
history with a human
named Minax. Early in
cultural development and
may provide insight into
minimalist societal
structure.

4. Minotaur - Mysterious
society that remained
separate from other
intelligent patterns for
generations due to Malas
rift. Interesting origins,
likely skupped by human
named Mondain.

5. Meer - Species with
origin predating humans
with interesting cyclical
recycling shown by their
Eternals.

6. Juka - Considered a
rival species to Meer
despite apparent
short-comings. Similar
origins. Observations about
"under-dog" pattern may
be useful.

7. Demon - While
magical pattern of these
creatures seem
interesting, study seems
problematic. Beyond a
great diversity, most
classified demons seem
hostile to other species.

It seems problematic to
add such elements into
Talorid patterns.

8. Ophidian - The
ophidian biology contains
some interesting
properties such as
moulting and unique
sensory organs. Despite
being vulnerable to
environmental
temperatures.

9. Terathan - Terathans
seem to vary greatly in
size, aggression, and
specialization. Unknown if
this diversity has been
influenced by close
proximity of rival species.

10. Solen - The hive
structure seems similar
to the Talorid colony.
Perhaps useful patterns
can be copied from them.

11. Dryad and Treefellow -
Intelligent plant-matter
similar to vorz. May
inspire new vorz patterns.
