To insure peace and <br />
prosperity, we of the <br />
cities of Jhelom and <br />
Britain enter into the <br />
following agreement:<br />
<br />
I. Britain, as head and <br />
capital of Britannia, <br />
recognize Jhelom as an <br />
independent and sovereign <br />
city. <br />
<br />
<br />
II. Jhelom recognizes the <br />
current boundaries of <br />
Britannia as being all <br />
mainland Trammel <br />
territories North of <br />
35oS and between 85oW <br />
and 70oE. <br />
<br />
<br />
III. Neither city will take <br />
up arms or war against <br />
the lands and territories <br />
of the other. <br />
<br />
<br />
IV. Both cities will remain <br />
neutral in all conflicts <br />
entered into by the other <br />
city. <br />
<br />
<br />
V. Both cities will insure <br />
that all merchant and <br />
military contracts signed <br />
before the treaty are <br />
fulfilled. <br />
<br />
<br />
VI. Both cities will <br />
extradite criminals wanted <br />
in the other city, <br />
assuming a prior warrant <br />
does not exist in the <br />
city of arrest. <br />
