Sadie Rumswiller was a sailor, based out of New Haven. She was encountered by the Royal Spies when they discovered that her ship was involved in the Evening Star gang's escape from commission of crimes in Serpent's Hold. She had been hired by a group of Tokunoese to take them to Serpent's Hold, but it turned out of course, that this group were the Evening Star ninja. They stole her boat, documents later uncovered indicate that she was drunk at the time of the theft. The last anyone knew, the New Haven authorities had had her demoted for being drunk on duty and thus allowing her ship to be stolen, and had placed her on duty on another ship.
