Inu is an old, crazy lady from the Tokuno Islands. She first appeared some years back, raving opaque prophecies. When when "translated," these prophecies were bizarre and nearly incoherent, yet also had a funny way of coming true.

She has had a strange career, which has included a stint in Britannian jails for disrupting the trial of Ricardo the Thief, and a stint as a kidnap victim, held in a cell under the Ethereal Fortress, ironically in the same cell that would later hold Casca when he was playing the role of prisoner.

With the wisdom of hindsight, we can now see that Inu's rantings in fact heralded the coming of the Shadowlords. Somehow, she saw them coming, and/or felt the effects of their attempts to break through into our world.

Either way, she appears to have been driven completely mad, sadly wandering the streets of Moonglow, still ranting dementedly about the hole in Moonglow and the approach of the "Lords of Shadow." The Shadowlords, of course, have already come, been fought, and are now vanquished. Yet, Inu's mind has not returned to "normal," whatever normal was to start with.

Though alive, Inu is, sadly, seemingly lost to us.
