Hiraku, a native of the Tokuno Islands belonged, or belongs, to one of the rarest of all breeds of human villainy: The ninja-pirate.

Huraku was encountered by the Royal Spies when their attempts to get out in front of the Evening Star Ninjas' attempts on their lives, at the behest of the Demon Conclave, led the Spies to the seas of the Lost Lands, just beyond the Serpent Pillar. Hiarku's ship was cornered by the Spies, and after some gentle pressure he was persuaded to take the Spies to a key Evening Star location in the Lost Lands.

At one point he foolishly tried to escape by jumping from the Spies' boats and swimming the rest of the way, but as he had no place else to go other than the location the Spies were interested in, he led them there anyway, just by definition.

After this, Hiraku has at present vanished from the stage; his whereabouts and status unknown.
