Gwendolyn Kincade took over as Commandant of the Britannian Royal Guard following the retirement, to a life of pirate hunting, of Christine Keel.

Very little is known of her. Her primary weapon appears to be the bow, which suggests she came up through the ranks of rangers or scouts. She seems a little young for her role, but also seems competent. She has indicated that she did not quite expect to be in the position she is, but as of yet the specific story of her promotion to that role is not known.

When last we heard from her she had --she swore temporarily-- given up the Commandant role to Dupre, and she was known to be taking a more-active role in the resistance to the Apex-led government in Trinsic.

+When Dupre returned briefly, in the months leading up to the awakening and claiming of the Britannian crown by Lord Blackthorn, Gwendolyn ceded her role as Royal Guard Commandant to Dupre, and joined the Trinsic resistance against the Apex-led government of that city.  Not long after that government was forced from power in a raid led by Dupre, she resumed her role, and Dupre, like all legends do, faded back into the shadows.
