Grugzun was a kind of orc middle-manager, helping the orcs strike a deal with the Demon Conclave to sack the City of Britain as a distraction for the Conclave raiding the vault of Lord British.

The Conclave is, of course, not kind to middle managers, and Grugzun was eventually killed by them for his trouble.
