Beelzebetsy is an otherwise-unexceptional demonic child hailing from the ruined city of Montor in Ilshenar.  The "otherwise" refers to his having temporarily enslaved the orange giant beetle "Sparky," a sentient being, as a "pet."  He was freed through the efforts of brave volunteers; he wished to receive, and did receive, other pets, proper and non-sentient ones, in exchange fro Sparky. 

One can only imagine the evil this being will be bapable of when it grows up.  Let us pray it doesn't.
